Acceptance of Terms

Binding Agreement

By accessing or using the bx311g platform in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with bx311g and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

English Language Governs

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of this document shall take precedence in all circumstances.

Subject to Change

bx311g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Notification of Updates

Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. It is the player's responsibility to keep their registered email address current and active.

These Terms & Conditions (together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the bx311g platform) constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you (the "Player") and bx311g (the "Operator") governing your access to and use of the bx311g website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, launching a game, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. bx311g does not provide legal advice and makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside its operational scope.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Only — Strictly Enforced: The bx311g platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a serious criminal offence in most jurisdictions to allow a minor to participate in gambling activities. bx311g employs mandatory age verification for all accounts and reserves the right to suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18. Any winnings accrued by a player subsequently found to be underage will be forfeited in full.

To register and maintain an active account on the bx311g platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on the bx311g platform.
Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to open a bx311g account.
Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the bx311g platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through the use of third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary account restriction that would prohibit you from gambling. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious violation of these Terms.
Not excluded by operator: You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the bx311g platform by the Operator.
Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. bx311g reserves the right to verify any information supplied and to request supporting documentation at any time.

bx311g conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request, and may conduct additional verification at any time at the Operator's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, supplemented where required by proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bx311g support will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bx311g platform. Registration is completed via the bx311g Login page and requires the submission of a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal information including full legal name and date of birth. bx311g does not permit the use of pseudonyms or aliases in place of a Player's legal name on their registered account.

Upon successful registration, the Platform will send an email verification link to the address provided. The account must be verified before deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay can be initiated. bx311g reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx311g account credentials. bx311g will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings for additional security.

Email Address

The email address registered with bx311g is the primary channel for all account communications including verification, transaction receipts, bonus notifications, and security alerts. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure this address remains accessible and updated at all times via Account Settings.

Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your bx311g account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team at [email protected] immediately. bx311g will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution of the security concern.

          Account Responsibility: All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through a bx311g account are considered the actions of the registered account holder. bx311g accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their login credentials with a third party, failing to log out on a shared device, or neglecting to enable available security features. Players are advised to always log out after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
        

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bx311g supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the bx311g platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All funds deposited to a bx311g account must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation. Any balance associated with a third-party deposit may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bx311g does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to the account balance immediately upon confirmation

Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently accepted

Withdrawal Rules

KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible
Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player within 15 minutes of submission
bx311g reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): bx311g operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering policies. The Platform monitors transaction patterns for suspicious activity and is required to report unusual patterns to relevant authorities where legally obligated. Deposits made with the intent to exploit the Platform as a money transfer mechanism — rather than for genuine gaming purposes — are prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bx311g offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, sportsbook promotions, and seasonal incentives (including promotional offers tied to BPL cricket, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh cultural occasions) to eligible registered players. Each bonus offer is governed by specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer at the time of its release. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific term shall take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, all bonuses awarded by bx311g are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sportsbook bonuses, and expiry period are all detailed in the relevant promotion's terms. Players are advised to read bonus terms fully before opting in to any promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation — is strictly prohibited
bx311g reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if abuse is detected
Accounts found to engage in systematic bonus exploitation may be permanently suspended

          Promotional Integrity: bx311g's promotional offers are designed to provide genuine added value to players who engage with the Platform in good faith. The Operator actively monitors bonus activity and uses risk-management tools to identify patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play. Decisions made regarding bonus qualification, wagering fulfilment, and promotional eligibility are made at the Operator's discretion and are final.
        

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the bx311g sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are subject to the specific rules governing each product vertical. Cricket betting on the bx311g platform covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh bilateral series. Sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation; late bets where odds have moved will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement.

Casino games available on the bx311g platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — are operated under the terms and certified RTP parameters published by the respective game studios. bx311g does not modify game logic, RTP settings, or outcome algorithms in any way. Game results are final as recorded by the game provider's server. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's device and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and gaming products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Exceeding maximum stake limits — whether through a single large bet or through the accumulation of related bets across multiple accounts — is prohibited and may result in stake restriction or account suspension.

Sportsbook Rules

All sportsbook bets are binding upon confirmation — there is no cancellation window once a bet slip is confirmed
In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading desk and may be suspended during critical moments of a match
Void bets (e.g., abandoned matches, cancelled events) are refunded at stake value
Palpable errors in odds — including manifestly incorrect pricing — may be voided at the Operator's discretion
Maximum payout per bet slip is subject to market-specific limits displayed at time of placement

Casino Rules

All casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer mechanics — results cannot be predicted or manipulated
Disconnections during a live game round do not void the round — the outcome is recorded on the provider's server
Technical malfunctions that prevent correct game play will result in the affected round being voided and the stake refunded
Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout
Maximum win caps may apply to individual game titles — see the game information panel

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bx311g platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below — whether directly, indirectly, or through third parties acting on your behalf — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

Fraud & Misrepresentation

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification
Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund a bx311g account
Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment reversals after a deposit has been wagered
Impersonating another person or using another individual's identity or payment credentials

Technical Exploitation

Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided
Attempting to access areas of the Platform not publicly available, including back-end infrastructure, APIs not intended for public use, or other Players' account data

Collusion & Manipulation

Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a poker hand, live dealer game, or sportsbook market
Sharing account access or acting as a proxy for another player who is self-excluded or banned
Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events where the Player has advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome

Money Laundering

Using the bx311g platform as a mechanism for laundering funds from illegal sources
Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine intention to engage in gaming activity
Structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade AML monitoring thresholds
Facilitating the use of the Platform by any third party for money laundering purposes

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Confirmed cases of prohibited conduct will result in: (a) immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts; (b) forfeiture of the entire account balance including any pending withdrawals; (c) reporting to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities where applicable; and (d) civil or criminal legal action at the Operator's discretion. bx311g cooperates fully with authorities investigating financial crimes involving the Platform.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

A registered Player may close their bx311g account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] and submitting a written closure request. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no investigation is pending. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

bx311g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, poses an AML risk, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to the Platform's responsible gaming obligations. In cases of operational suspension for investigation, the account balance will be held pending the outcome of the review and released if no violation is confirmed.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent) through the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no bets can be placed. Attempts to register a new account during a self-exclusion period will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Voluntary Closure

Contact support to close your account. Real-money balances are returned after KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited if wagering requirements are unmet.

Operator Suspension

Accounts may be suspended without notice for Terms & Conditions violations. Balances are held pending investigation and released if no breach is confirmed.

Self-Exclusion

Request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent. Account access is blocked immediately. Attempting to bypass self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

Reactivation

Voluntarily closed accounts (not self-excluded or banned) may be reactivated upon written request to support, subject to completion of fresh KYC verification and Operator approval.

General Provisions

Additional Legal Provisions

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx311g's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bx311g is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Intellectual Property: All content on the bx311g platform — including but not limited to the bx311g brand name, logo, website design, software, game content provided under licence, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from bx311g is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of licence. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the bx311g platform, the Player agrees to first contact the bx311g support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the Operator's licensing authority.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the bx311g Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and bx311g and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein.
